60 Positive Things To Say to Kids

In this video

I took my daughter to the gymnastics the other day. During the car ride i try to incorporate into my conversation with her 20 or so wonderful affirmations and the result was unbelievable.
When we arrived to the gymnastics center she hug my leg and she would not let go.
In this video I want to share those wonderful words that we have to tell out kids on the daily basis.

I can hear my mother encouraging me when I try new things. Her voice of confidence from my childhood continues to give me confidence now.

Certainly words can become meaningless when they aren’t followed with action, but nonetheless, words have great power. You can choose to add more positive ones to your days. Coming up with a few positive phrases can be part of tipping the scales towards the kindness you want your kids to imitate.

You never know the words that your kids will carry with them the rest of their lives.

May these words inspire you to turn to your child and say something like:

You are loved
You make me smile
I think about you when we’re apart.
My world is better with you in it.
I will do my best to keep you safe.
